Meeting Facilitation

New Directions uses innovative participation processes to ensure rapid and dynamic development and implementation of strategy and decisions that overcomes much of the resistance experienced with traditional methodologies. These processes often involve large groups in simultaneous dialogue and include Appreciative Inquiry. Open Space Technology and Future Search Conferences. They have some major advantages over conventional meetings and conferences (click here for more information on some different group processes)
